As a true general civil practitioner, Vincent has been involved in copyright and patent litigations, but over the years has developed a focus on medical malpractice errors, nursing home neglect, construction accidents and catastrophic motor vehicle accident cases. During the past decades, Vincent has litigated hundreds of cases and has obtained compensation for his clients in the tens of million of dollars. He has the ability and skill to effectively analyze and evaluate each individual case in order to develop a coherent and strategic approach to the litigation and obtain a favorable result.
