Brett E. Stander
Brett E. Stander represents clients across numerous fields of law including complex civil litigation, defamation, commercial disparagement, wrongful use of civil proceedings, partnership and shareholder disputes, employment disputes, and catastrophic injury claims. He is involved in all stages of litigation, from drafting pleadings and motions to courtroom advocacy, working alongside experienced trial attorneys to develop case strategies and advocate for clients in state and federal courts.
Brett has experience in a range of legal areas, including corporate governance, contract drafting, entity formation, and real estate transactions. He has also worked on matters involving construction litigation, employment law, and government contracting. His background in real estate extends beyond legal practice, as he has been actively involved in property negotiations, redevelopment initiatives, and real estate investment.
He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in the top 20% of his class. While in law school, he served as Lead Article Editor for the Drexel Law Review, where he contributed to legal scholarship and oversaw the publication of articles on key legal issues. He also served as a Research Assistant, focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence and privacy law, and was the founder and president of the Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Club.
Brett received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business, earning consistent Dean’s List recognition. His strong financial background, combined with his legal experience in litigation, corporate law, and real estate, allows him to provide strategic and well-rounded counsel to his clients.
