Kean C. Maynard is a highly accomplished trial attorney who has gained a reputation for his success in the courtroom. With an outstanding record of securing substantial verdicts and winning complex trials, Kean has a proven background of getting results for his clients.

Kean focuses on a variety of matters including complex commercial litigation, contractual disputes, personal injury, and construction defect litigation. Prior to joining B&L, Kean worked at White & Williams, where he gained invaluable experience representing national corporations in litigation throughout the United States, which has fostered versatility in his knowledge of procedure and substantive laws in both state and federal courts.

Kean prides himself on his ability to synthesize complex legal and factual issues, making them understandable for his clients, judges and juries. He has been recognized for achieving high verdicts and settlements for his clients, as well as his dedication to understanding their goals and his intrepid approach towards ensuring those goals are met.

Prior to graduating with honors from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Kean worked in marketing and communications for companies dealing in real estate, telecommunications, and financial management. His background in communications – and his B.A. degree in journalism – sharpened his written advocacy skills as well as his ability to effectively advocate for clients in the courtroom and during negotiations.
