Danielle Childs has extensive experience litigating complex business and insurance matters. Her focus over the past few years has been in the areas of breach of contract, insurance coverage, and business torts including fraud, defamation, and breach of fiduciary duty.
These years of experience, and exposure to a wide variety of concentrations in the law, have provided Danielle with the ability to analyze complex legal issues, develop strategies that advance her clients’ positions, and persuasively argue those positions in pleadings and motions before the court.
Prior to law school, Danielle worked in marketing and public relations at a local hospital, and as a writer in the Department of Commonwealth Relations at the University of Pennsylvania. Both of these positions allowed Danielle to fine-tune her writing skills, and provided her with the tools to understand, and meet, her clients’ needs.
Danielle has spent most of her adult life residing in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where she serves as an arbitrator in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
