Mr. O’Connell joined Bochetto & Lentz in March, 2011. He currently practices in the area of commercial litigation as well as administrative law.
Prior to joining Bochetto & Lentz, Mr. O’Connell was a clerk for the Hon. José L. Linares of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. O’Connell was admitted to the bars of the highest courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey in 2007. He was admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2011.
Mr. O’Connell earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, Mr. O’Connell served as Articles/Research Editor of the Temple Law Review, received the Joseph W. Price III Memorial Award for Achievement in Taxation, and completed a year-long internship with the Hon. Franklin S. Van Antwerpen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. O’Connell received his undergraduate degree in English from Villanova University.
