Anton Kaminsky is an associate attorney at Bochetto & Lentz, P.C. Mr. Kaminsky was born in the Ukraine, is fluent in Russian, and is able to read and write Russian documents. Mr. Kaminsky draws on a decade of experience working with small businesses, financial firms, and hedge funds.
After obtaining a finance degree from Penn State University, Mr. Kaminsky worked on Wall Street as an equity trader, and hedge fund analyst. In his role as a hedge fund analyst, Mr. Kaminsky worked with the fund’s Chief Investment Officer to evaluate complex investment and trading strategies and interviewed top hedge fund managers to decide how to allocate the fund’s money. This experience has provided Mr. Kaminsky with in-depth knowledge and expertise in evaluating simple as well as complex businesses ideas, screening business managers for improper business practices, and analyzing and evaluating business intellectual property.
After working on Wall Street, Mr. Kaminsky obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Mr. Kaminsky is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. While at Bochetto & Lentz, Mr. Kaminsky has worked on employment litigation, IP litigation, cemetery negligence cases, real estate disputes, and business disputes, ranging from small business and employment agreements to complex litigation and e-discovery.
Mr. Kaminsky is very passionate about working with entrepreneurs and small, growing businesses. He represents several local small businesses as outside general counsel. He has helped resolve partner disputes, split companies and property, resolved intellectual property disputes, defended wrongful termination claims, and enforced trade secret and non-compete agreements for his clients. Mr. Kaminsky has drafted and helped businesses negotiate service agreements, non-compete agreements, executive agreements, contractor agreements, and severance packages for departing employees.
Mr. Kaminsky has also represented individuals against large multi-national corporations, public companies, and has recently obtained a settlement for a wrongfully terminated employee from a large bank, a jury verdict for a defamed teacher, and several settlements against large cemetery companies operating in the Philadelphia area.
