 Mr. Ogren joined Bochetto & Lentz in January 1996. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, catastrophic injuries, telecommunications and white-collar criminal defense. Prior to joining Bochetto & Lentz, Mr. Ogren was an Assistant District Attorney for six years with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office where he was assigned to the Drug Asset Forfeiture Unit of the Narcotics Division and the Major Trials Unit of the Trial Division. During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Ogren tried hundreds of cases in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Ogren was admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1990. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals, Third and Fifth Circuits.
Mr. Ogren received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 1985 from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law in 1990. While at Temple, Mr. Ogren served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal, 1989-1990 and supervised the publishing of Volume 3, Number 2, Fall 1989, Symposium: European Unification 1992; Implications for Europe and the United States. |
